The Office of Faculty Affairs strives to promote an environment that ensures the success of faculty, regardless of career path.

We partner with schools, departments and other academic units to ensure faculty have the tools needed to successfully advance their careers at Carolina. We develop and celebrate outstanding and diverse faculty, creating a culture of faculty excellence that adheres to the highest standards of collegiality, respect and integrity. We provide leadership, guidance and oversight of university-wide strategies and programs to provide resources for faculty success.
